No, a reservation only guarantees a spot on board. Boarding is done on a first-come, first-served basis, and the boarding area opens about 20 minutes before departure.
Not necessarily. Only 30% of the seats are available for online booking. The rest are sold directly at the boarding queue (please note: cash only on board).
Online payments include additional costs such as reservation platforms, banking fees, and processing services, which are passed on to the customer.
No, based on past experiences, pets are not allowed on board in the interest of all passengers. Only guide dogs for the visually impaired are permitted.
